The necessary induction training to volunteer at a Wave Project session.
This online training is the first step to becoming one of our amazing supporters! You will learn all about us, the young people we work with, how we work with them and how we need people like you to make all this happen! This session will last no longer than 90 mins, and will also cover important aspects such as safeguarding and confidentiality.
We cover all the basics and 'need to know' aspects in this online training. Once you have completed it, you will be sent an email letting you know the next steps, including how to process your DBS/PVG/Access NI checks. Your local Project Coordinator will also be in touch to say hi, and let you know what is going on locally.
