Can i arrive after the start time?

Please arrive 15 mins before the event starts so you can set up and settle down, admission after the start time will not be allowed as this will disturb other participants.

What is a sound bath or sound therapy?

A sound bath is a deeply relaxing experience where you are “bathed” in the healing vibrations of instruments such as crystal and Himalayan singing bowls. The sounds and vibrations help calm the mind, reduce stress, and promote a sense of inner peace.

Do I need to bring anything?

Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, and a pillow if you like extra support. Some people also bring an eye mask for deeper relaxation. We have some to Hire if you need.

What should I wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You’ll be lying down or sitting still for most of the session, so comfort is key.

How long does the session last?

The sound bath typically lasts between 45–60 minutes, followed by a short grounding period before we close the space.

Do I need to participate or do anything during the session?

No—simply relax and allow the sounds to wash over you. You may lie down, close your eyes, and just breathe.

Yes! No experience is necessary. Sound baths are accessible to anyone open to relaxation and gentle healing.

Are there any health considerations?

Sound therapy is generally safe, but if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, severe mental health conditions,  a pacemaker,  under long term medical care or under supervision please check with your medical provider before attending.

Do i need to leave immediately session finishes ?

No- We have some time for you to recenter yourself, join us for a soft/hot drink decompress with your fellow attendees, discuss your experiences or just enjoy no participation needed but we do need to vacate buy 9.30pm!

How will I feel afterward?

Most people leave feeling calm, clear, and deeply refreshed—similar to the effects of meditation or a restful nap. Some may also feel emotional release, which is perfectly normal.
