What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so, for free, 7 days before the class. You can transfer your ticket to someone else up to 48 hours before the workshop for £15.

What age can you be to do the workshop?

We only invite 18 years and above to join us due to our insurance policy not covering anyone under age.

Question 3

Is there anything I need to bring with me?

Are you accessible?

Workshops, depending on location, may be held, up or down a flight of stairs. Contact us so we can discuss your options if this my hinder you attending a workshop.

I want to book more than 6 people, can I do this?

Our workshops are limited to groups of 6 people. We want to ensure all attendees have enough space and equal attention from the tutor.

Question 6

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Its recommended to wear comfy, old clothing that your don't mind getting dirty. Also avoid wearing loose, clothing with drapes on the sleeves as we will be working with open flames. Aprons are provided for you to protect your clothes.

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Merstow Green Carpark is free on Sundays and is only a few minutes walk from the venue (JellyPickleJam).
