Ways to Support, Appraise and Reward Volunteers

In this session we will look at positive ways you may wish to employ to recognise the excellent contributions any volunteer will make to your organisation. This topic fits in with the need to address retention of volunteers in your organisation and how support, appraisal and rewarding can help with this.
We will explore what the best strategies are to address these positive actions to your volunteer, looking at good practice with examples given during the session.
