Got Talent? Building a Game-Changing Talent Strategy

The fastest growing businesses have a thirst for the most talented people – but top talent has never found it easier to “move on”. The digital economy feeds this fluidity. Business leaders have long argued that their talent strategy is a key driver of their growth and success. Recently there has been a positive shift towards seeing diversity and inclusion as a critical component of their “put the talent first” strategy. An approach that’s found at some of the most successful and fastest growing businesses. The morning will hear from leaders in talent management and business case studies from across the Workspace community who have done amazing things in terms of developing the talent they attract.

This Workspace Business Insight Breakfast brings together leading authorities in strategic talent management for a morning of thought-provoking discussion that has deep relevance to leaders of all types of businesses. Our panel will look at just some of these key questions:

  • How do business leaders build a game-changing talent strategy at multiple stages of growth?
  • How can you retain your star performers and attract new talent?
  • How can you leverage your teams to drive performance through your organisation?
  • How does diversity and inclusion become a key component of your talent strategy?

“The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is one of the UK's foremost technology award programmes. It is a ranking of the country's 50 fastest growing technology companies, based on revenue growth over the last four years. In their 21st edition of the programme, they explored the relationship between fast-paced growth, diversity and inclusion. Talent is consistently identified by the Fast 50 as a key driver of success, but increasingly companies are recognising the importance of diversity of thought and perspectives, and how this helps them succeed where other young organisations fail.”

What to expect?

The insight events provide a platform for senior directors to discuss the most relevant challenges facing growing businesses today. Sharing their insights, advice and best practice together with an open Q&A with fellow industry leaders.

Our insight events focus on what you can learn and how it might impact you or your business. We don’t spend that much time talking at attendees and we build in plenty of opportunities for attendees to question the panellists.

We leave ample time for attendees to network with the other senior leaders and of course enjoy a delicious breakfast.
