Description

AUTOBIOGRAPHICAL STORYTELLING About the day:

In every life there are turning points, something that changed us irrevocably, perhaps a meeting, an incident, a chance comment, even a book we read. Behind these moments is a story, a story worth hearing but how can we shape them so that they touch others? This will be a workshop to help you uncover what is universal in your personal odyssey, how to give it clearer contour and deeper meaning and how to share it in a way that is true to who you are.

About the leader:

Ashley Ramsden is the co-founding director of the International School of Storytelling, the longest running centre of its kind in the UK. For over 30 years he has travelled the world giving workshops and performances and is the co-author of The Storyteller’s Way a guide to inspired storytelling. www.schoolofstorytelling.com and www.ashleyramsden.com.

This workshop is open to all. Tea, coffee etc. available from 10.00 am and during the day. Please bring your own lunch.
