Kim Leary, CEO of Squibble
Kim set her sights firmly on running her own company back in 2008, and some ten years on, that dream has come true. After graduating in 2008, the markets had crashed and Kim struggled to secure her first job. She realised to do that she needed to prove her worth and build a relevant portfolio. So with that, Kimberley-Jane Design was born. Kim had the vision to work with small Start-Ups to help them “hit the ground running” with a slick brand and an array of printed materials. What began as a venture to build a portfolio and gain experience, would eventually turn into Squibble. These early experiences sparked a passion and a hunger to succeed. Knock back after knock back left Kim with something to prove. Ten years on, Squibble is a multi-award-winning agency with a client portfolio that spans the globe. Kim's favorite quote: "I never dreamed about success. I worked for it."
