We Fix Your Bike
Riding a bike in Sheffield is a great way to get around quickly, fit some exercise into your day and enjoy the great outdoors. If you have a bike and it needs a little love, bring it down to us and get it fixed! We can take care of lots of issues you might be experiencing such as skipping gears, dodgy brakes and loose components; give us a challenge and hopefully we'll rise to it! We Fix Your Bike is funded by the Big Bike Revival and is completely free to you.
Join us at The Nether Edge Festival's Party in the Park and drop off your bike for us to take care of. You can drop it off and leave it to pick up towards the end of the session, or we can fix it there and then. If you wish to wait, just let us know a time and we'll schedule your appointment. This FREE service could be worth a high value if you were to try to get it done in a bricks and mortar bike shop. Our mechanics all have industry leading Cytech qualifications and years of experience in the bike trade; our master mechanic has the sought after Cytech level 3. Your bike is in good hands.
The event timings are 12.00 to 16.00.
Don't worry if you miss us; we have other events around Sheffield during the summer.
Would you prefer how to learn how to fix your bike yourself? We hold mobile bike kitchens in the same area within a couple of weeks of our fix events. You attend and are allocated a stand and workshop tools. Our cytech trained mechanic is on hand to help.

The Party in the Park event has wonderful food and refreshments; ideal for a graze while your bike is fixed.
Our technician will check over your bike on arrival and assure its safety before you leave. You will receive a written report.
Events are offered on a first come, first served basis. If events are full, send the Facebook group a message and we'll add you to a waiting list. Please only book if you intend to come along.
These events are fully funded by Cycling UK through their Big Bike Revival project. These are offered to you free of charge with a view to trying to increase or diversify the way you use your bike.
Yes, that shouldn't be a problem as long as they are compatible and fit.
These unfortunately aren't something the Big Bike Revival wants to fix, so we won't be able to help.
We usually just let our mechanic crack on with the repairs. if time allows, we are happy to talk through what we are doing and even let you have a go. We hold mobile bike kitchens that are scheduled near to the fix events; these are the best opportunity to come and get stuck in.
