Will tickets be available to buy on the day?

Unfortunately, we can not offer tickets to buy on the day. Due to a limited capacity and strict numbers we do expect our events to sell out so please buy in advance to avoid disappointment.

Question 2

Will travel, accomodation and catering be included in the ticket price?

Accepted Answer

Unless stated otherwise in the full ticket description of each event in our shop, travel to the event location, accomodation and catering will not be included in your ticket purchase.

Question 3

I am no longer able to attend. Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

If you are no longer able to attend because of personal circumstances, any refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Eventbrite fees apply to any refund given. If the event is cancelled because of unforeseen circumstances, then we will provide a refund to you.

Question 4

Do I need to print my ticket confirmation e-mail?

Accepted Answer

There is no need to print your e-ticket but it would be very helpful if you could. We will verify your ticket purchase to check you into the event. Screenshots will not get you in.

Question 5

I have booked a ticket but I have not received anything yet?

Accepted Answer

Our event tickets are purchased as digital tickets and will not be sent out as physical tickets. You will automatically receive an email after your purchase has been confirmed. Please check your spam/junk folder. Should you have not received your ticket within 2-3 business days please contact us.

Question 6

How do I buy a ticket for a Battlefield Tour / In-Person Event?

Accepted Answer

All of our event tickets are purchased as digital tickets. Once you've bought a ticket you will receive it by email and it will be available in your Eventbrite account.
