About this event
The balance of power in British society sits in the hands of white men - Sarah Fahy explores why women and people of colour are not more fairly represented, and why this is an issue for all of us. Studies have shown that increasing diversity can dramatically improve decision making and performance – yet the pace of change remains slow.
About the Speaker: Sarah Fahy has over 30 years’ experience working in large multinational groups and professional firms.
