About this event

We Make Footballers are hosting a Talent Identification Event in the Basildon Area on the 2nd August . Scouts from a number of professional clubs will be in attendance . This is an opportunity for local players to find pathways into professional football.

This event is available for children who will be playing in the below age groups of the 25/26 season. For example if your child is currently playing at u6 you will need to purchase a ticket for the u7 age group.

There will be 3 available sessions, please book the appropriate ticket for your child's age group.

Sessions available:

U6s 11am-12pm
U7s 12:15pm-1:30pm
U8s 1:45pm-3pm

All parents in attendance will be able to stay and watch their children having fun and playing football!

PLEASE WEAR ASTROS OR MOULDS (The event will be hosted on grass)

NO METAL STUDS ARE ALLOWED

The event will be run by our fantastic We Make Footballers coaching team, who are all FA qualified and have a valid DBS certificate.

What should I bring with me?

Please bring a water bottle and a light jacket. Please bring outdoor footwear.

Can Parents stay and watch?

Yes, parents are welcome to watch. However, we have a “no coaching from the sidelines” rule.

How will I know if my player has been scouted?

The scout will request your contact details from the We Make Footballers team and contact you within 7 days of the event.

What happens at the event?

Players will start the session with a skill based warm up. They will then go into 1vs1, 2vs2 and 3vs3 matches based on their age and ability.
