We need you! Help to create 100 miles of nature in Manchester.
Overview
Canal & River Trust towpath clean up
We need you!
CyanLines is on a mission to transform Manchester's green and blue spaces for everyone to enjoy and let nature flourish. We've teamed up with the wonderful people at Canal & River Trust (CRT) to host our first towpath clean up session and we need volunteers to join us. We’ll work in groups along the canal banks and experienced CRT volunteer leaders will guide us. You'll also get to learn about our canals' heritage and the wildlife who call it home. It's a great chance to meet people and spend a day in the fresh air.
So, why not bring your friends and help to kick-start 100 miles of clean and flourishing networks across our city! Places are limited so please register by 20th November.
When: 10am – 3pm on Saturday 22 November
Where: Meet at Piccadilly Basin (at the intersection of Dale St and Ancoats St)
