Description

Good eaters are not born, they are created. Weaning raises so many questions...

  • Should I spoon feed or do baby led weaning? Do I have to choose?
  • What is a portion size?
  • What exactly is a healthy diet for a baby?
  • Which other milk types are suitable for 6 month olds and beyond?
  • Are wholegrains best for baby?
  • Which yoghurts are best?
  • When should I introduce meat?
  • Is kale better than red meat?
  • What about salt?
  • What do I need to know about readymade baby food?
  • What are healthy snacks?
  • And lots more!
