Welcome to the WEAVING A STORY handmade Journal - Online Bookbinding Workshop! Join us on August 31, 2025 at 10:30 AM (Europe/London) for a creative and fun session. Learn how to craft your own unique journal from scratch using traditional bookbinding techniques. No prior experience necessary. Get ready to unleash your creativity and make something truly special.

This is ONLINE WORKSHOP via zoom And it will BE RECORDED and recording will be sent to ALL signed up participants (recording doesn't have an expiry date).

You will need:

MATERIALS:

36 sheets of paper, 130 gsm, 21 x 12cm, short grain; fold in half
1 x A4 greyboard, 2mm thick (21 x 29.7cm)
1 x A4 coloured thin card or thick paper, 160-180gsm
1 x A4 decorative paper (covers)
7 strips of leather (1mm thick), or Kraf-tex, or linen/cotton ribbon, 1cm x 10cm (the same colour or all different)
Thick linen thread, 1.5 meter
PVA glue//brush//waste paper as an old glossy magazine
