About the speaker
Our CEO, Lucinda Carney, is a Chartered Psychologist and former Head of Learning & Development at Siemens and at Pfizer before that. This corporate HR experience meant that Lucinda has personally experienced the challenges of making Performance Management meaningful, especially when working with clunky HR or paper-based performance management systems.
Actus emerged back in 2009 from this experience and has evolved to become the complete Performance, Learning and Talent Suite that we know today, used by over 80,000 people across the globe.
As an expert in her field, Lucinda is passionate about sharing her knowledge to help others, whether they be managers, HR or individuals, particularly giving them the tools they need to create and drive lasting change.
