Like-minded people discussing how to create space in our Data, Software Engineering, and Digital Marketing teams for future generations!
About this event
We are holding a webinar on the 14th of October from 11am to 12pm to discuss how we can create more space in our Data, Software Engineering, and Digital Marketing teams for future generations! This event aims to join like-minded people in discussing actionable steps to apply within their tech teams so feel free to join and bring your colleagues and friends who are passionate about this subject.
The world of work has adapted to the changes brought by the Industrial Revolution, but with the boom in Artificial intelligence, Automation, and Robotics, the workforce will change like never before. In the next ten to fifteen years, the adoption of new technologies will transform the workplace as people increasingly interact with ever-smarter machines.
The skills we learnt throughout our careers and studies have become rather obsolete since the adoption of new technologies has brought several opportunities but also countless challenges to the workforce.
The digital skills gap and the need to bring more people into Tech careers are on everyone’s agenda. These changes will require employees to upskill and, in most cases, reinvent their careers.
