The Covenant of Mayors Office is hosting a webinar with the objective of presenting the new Covenant of Mayors Monitoring and Reporting Framework.
The recently-released Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP) template enables signatories to report on their 2030 mitigation targets and actions as well as on their climate adaptation strategy. How does the Covenant Reporting Framework help cities structure their action and track progress? How was the template developed and how to best use it? What reporting requirements and timelines? Any first good practices to share in this respect?
