I haven’t used Zoom before- what do I need to do?

We promise you it is very simple – you simply click on the webinar link for the relevant session, which we will send to you nearer the time. This will take you straight into the session. The session host will then run through some basic Zoom features at the start of the session.

You will not be required to be on camera for this session, so you can be in your pyjamas or listening in as you work.

I can't make the session, will it be recorded?

Yes, the session will be recorded and go on to our Youtube channel after the event. We will send you an email when it is up. Please be patient as a small team this can take a week or so!

Can I ask a question?

Yes, you can submit a question when you sign up for your place or on the day. We try our best to answer as many questions as possible but this isn't always achievable.
