The Executive FiRE Index (EFI) is a comprehensive psychometric instrument for the holistic measurement of resilience, especially for managers.
The EFI measures personality traits that are stable over time as well as learned and internalised behavioural strategies (habits) and their impact on mental strength.
The instrument uses the FiRE model of resilience developed by Karsten Drath with its 8 spheres to identify specific fields of action.
This info session is aimed at coaches who would like to be certified in the EFI. We will examine the fields of application of the EFI and its integration into coaching processes, and take the opportunity to expand your coaching skills and support your clients on their path to greater inner strength and serenity.
