In this interactive teleconference 'webinar', we will explore the wonder and mystery of complementary opposites, and how legal structures and organisational practices can encourage and support connection and dialogue.

The webinar will be hosted by former corporate lawyer Patrick Andrews, who has spent the last 17 years exploring the relationship between organisational structures and human behaviour. He will share inspiring examples of how organisations have found ways to draw on the magic of conflict and difference to help them become stronger and wiser.

This is a 90 minute long online space where we can explore the topic and share challenges, stories and insights. If you're open to sharing and learning, please join us. There is no pre-conceived outcome, whatever emerges will depend on the people who show up.
