Trust us, you really don't want to miss out on this one.

A strange paradox of the startup entrepreneur is that statistically, the more successful your company is, the less likely your are to remain as its leader. Indeed, research suggests fewer than 50% are after a third year. So how do you adapt from hands-on startup founder, to strategical leader - and should you?

Joining us to debate this is someone who’s made that step. Andrew Mulvenna, co-founder of Brightpearl - the Bristol and San Francisco based software company that brings together orders, inventory, customer data, accounting and reporting in one place.

Brightpearl delivers its multi-channel retail management system to more than 1,300 retailers in 53 countries and since 2011, over £1billion ($1.3 billion) of merchandise has been traded via its platform.

Now employing 87 people, Andrew and co-founder Chris Tanner have built a senior management team including a CEO and CFO to help them to scale Brightpearl.

Andrew will be giving us the inside track on:

-     Brightpearl’s impressive growth story

-     The decision to bring in a CEO

-     How he and Chris now spend their time

-     Leading big picture strategy
