Steven is a thought leader in the innovative use of Geospatial Solutions and Digital Engineering (BIM) for Whole-life Asset Management, Environmental Conservation and community empowerment. He understands that true end-to-end solutions require more that technology alone, but require innovative thinking, end-user engagement, clear processes, senior management backing and strong leadership.

Steven is Chair of the UK's Association for Geographic Information’s Asset Management group and Chair of the Business Information Systems group, part of the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. He is also International GIS Committee Coordinator for Iracambi, a conservation organisation based in Brazil. Steven is a Fellow of both the British Computer Society and the British Cartographic Society.




Nathan Ward

Nathan Ward started his career in the 90s, and as a Chartered Surveyor, now has over
20 years experience in the geospatial industry. At Leica Geosystems, Nathan's focus is
on the GIS field data collection solutions business which includes defining the strategy
and sales channels and growing the business for the UK & Ireland.
