The SCQF Partnership have developed a webinar for employers and HR/Recruitment professionals who want to find out how the SCQF can support their organisation.

The webinar will focus on how understanding and utilisation of the SCQF can be used to aid:

  • Recruitment and selection through writing of effective job descriptions and person specifications.

  • Gaining recognition of In-House training programmes

  • Improving employee learning and development strategies.

  • Undertaking an organisational skills audit

The webinar will also provide an overview of the SCQF, a breakdown of the current Scottish qualifications landscape, how old qualifications compare to present-day equivalents and how Scottish qualifications relate to qualifications elsewhere.

The webinar will last for approximately 30 minutes and will provide a comprehensive introduction as to how the SCQF can provide can provide practical support to your organisation.
