I cannot see the button to buy a ticket. What do I do?

If you are using an iPhone, the Eventbrite App is having a problem whereby it doesn't display the button to buy a ticket. We recommend either opening Eventbrite in your internet browser, or use a computer / tablet to view the Eventbrite listing.

How do I find out the start time in my local time zone?

The webinar starts at 7:30pm UK time. We recommend the below time zone converter website. Enter the event location city and you can put this as London UK. Then enter your own city or nearest city, the website will automatically convert the time: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html

How do I join the webinar?

The webinar will be hosted on Zoom and you will be emailed the login details with your ticket confirmation. You do not need a Zoom account to be able to join this "meeting".

What happens if I face technical difficulties joining/during the webinar?

It will be recorded and so you can catch any bits you miss. All ticket holders will automatically receive the recording via Eventbrite a day or two after the live event.

There is a chat box that Steve will have a general look at, however there is a lot of content to get through and so he won't have time to answer all questions.

Do I need my camera on during this webinar?

This is not a prerequisite, however it is always much nicer for Steve to see who he is talking to.
