Webinar: Public lighting modernization approaches from Norway and the UK
Wed 21 September 2016, 10:00 – 11:30 CEST
The municipal energy company develops and operates all 72,000 public lighting points in Stavanger (Norway) and its 11 neighbouring municipalities. In Coventry (UK), the municipality has signed a £250 million (€320 million) 25-year long private finance initiative contract to replace most of its street lights.
Both Stavanger and Coventry decided to upgrade their public lighting systems so they can not only save energy, but also improve the well-being of their citizens. In this webinar, these municipalities will share their experiences with their public lighting modernization schemes.
