This engaging session will explore how sportswear affects participation, identity, and belonging in sport. Tess Howard will be sharing her story, the barriers she's faced, and how the Inclusive Sportswear Charter is helping clubs rethink kit from the ground up.

Clubs will be given the opportunity to join the Inclusive Sportswear charter, unlocking a range of resources and support to help them on their mission to make inclusion the norm.
