Webinar: Using Discovery, The National Archives' online catalogue
Monday, 26 January 2015 from 16:00 to 17:00 (GMT)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Discovery is the key to The National Archives' holdings, for both digitised and original records. This online webinar will look at how to conduct searches, using keywords, filters and will include other useful search tips.
Webinars: are interactive, online seminars, designed to support and develop research skills. Being online, you will be able to take advantage of the expertise of The National Archives' staff from your own computer or tablet, without having to travel to Kew. During the online session (which will last no more than an hour), you will be able to interact with staff members and fellow researchers taking part in the webinar, as well as listening to, and viewing, the staff presentation on screen.
Chrissy Peters works as a Records Adviser in the Advice and Records Knowledge department at The National Archives and will be presenting this session.
This event was originally scheduled to take place on Monday 20 January.
