- By 2025, over 1 billion women will be menopausal or post-menopausal – that is NOW
- 47 million enter menopause each year.
- 3 in 4 women experience symptoms lasting 4-10 years.
- 80% say symptoms impact their quality of life.

It is something that WILL happen to every female in the world at some point in their life.
It is NOT an illness; it is a natural life event.
So WHY do we feel embarrassed or even ashamed to talk about it both at home and especially in the workplace.
Only WHEN we have figured out what this steam train is and why it is happening to us can we all start to turn a corner.

My journey began in London, at recruitment advertising agencies before moving into consulting within an Recruitment Process Outsourcing organisation.
In 2011, I relocated to Singapore, then in 2017, I transitioned to an in-house role at British American Tobacco and in 2020, I returned to Europe joining Lonza in Basel, Switzerland, where I embraced a new industry and continued my passion for talent attraction.
Training as an Executive Menopause Coach (CPD certified) in 2023 and still navigating the menopause myself, I am committed to using my lived experience, along with my extensive professional background, to shake the shame and change the narrative around menopause in the workplace and society. Together, we can create environments where every woman feels supported and empowered to thrive
