Webinar with Suzi Bewell: 'Literature for Languages'
Saturday, 27 September 2014 from 10:30 to 11:30 (BST)
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Suzi Bewell is a renowned teacher trainer (PGCSE MFL Course leader at York) and keen contributor to online discussions. We have greatly appreciated her regular support for ALL London events (-she usually brings a group of her lucky students along too!) and her 'live' presentation at the June Event 2013. She is a fan of Webinars and we are delighted that she will be delivering one for us!
She will be sharing ideas about how use of authentic 'literature' can be brought into the langauge classroom for any stage, any age. In the newly slimmed-down description of the National Curriculum for England and Wales, the requirementtointroduce 'literature' has been retained, so this session is particularly relevant for September 2014.
Our Webinar page gives guidance on how to join us and on our 'etiquette'. Please read it before you come. http://www.all-london.org.uk/webinars.htm

We are the London branch of the national Association for Language Learning. (ALL) See our website for full details and join the Yahoo mflresources group which we moderate for on-going discussion and sharing.
We organise regular London-based events throughout the year for local members to encourage close and sustainable networking between people. We are inclusive! Although we strongly encourage people to join ALL which supports work done at a national level, our events are open to all those who care about language learning, and we love it when people join us from other parts of the country (or the world!)
Our local events complement events organised at a national level. An enthusiastic and lively committee plans the events as shown by the online diary. Please contact us for further information in any way which suits you best.
