Webinar Workshop: Predicting Vulnerability Before Crisis - Data in Action

By Welfare Together
Online event

Overview

Learn how data, modelling and targeted engagement help predict risk early, reduce arrears, and support vulnerable residents before crisis.

Welcome to the event:

Join Housing Associations and Local Authorities for a focused 90-minute online session exploring how data-led profiling, predictive modelling, and targeted engagement can identify residents at risk long before issues reach crisis point.

This webinar demonstrates how TransUnion and the Healthy Homes Solutions Vulnerability Initiative (VI) convert data insight into real action - helping reduce arrears, prevent evictions, improve wellbeing, and support vulnerable or disengaged households across social housing.

Hear how modelling highlights risk households, how engagement programmes turn insight into outcomes, and how collaborative support partners like Welfare Together help residents reduce debt, improve stability, and feel more secure in their homes.

The session includes live polling, practical examples, and a clear set of next steps, including a free pilot offer to help organisations explore how data-based early identification can strengthen tenant sustainment in 2026.

See real case studies showing where TU + HHS VI programmes are already improving outcomes, including a 32% uplift in resident engagement compared with traditional letters, SMS, and RP contact.

Take part in workshops to identify and share your own challenges and explore how data insight and targeted engagement can help solve them. The day closes with a Welfare Together case study showing how this approach has reduced debt, improved council-tax outcomes, and strengthened resident wellbeing.
