An experienced clinician and educator in trauma-informed care, neurobiology, and personality disorders, Walé brings together cutting-edge research, therapeutic insights, and compassion-based approach to deliver a course that’s insightful, empowering, and life-changing.
Walé Oladipo serves as the Director and lead trainer of MindBody Breakthrough Ltd, an organisation dedicated to public mental health and professional development. With over 17 years of experience in psychotherapeutic practice, Walé specialises in anxiety-related disorders, trauma, and emotional regulation.
Originally from Nigeria, where he encountered personal trauma including the psychological distress of food insecurity, Walé is grateful to be in a position where he can now help others with mental health challenges.
Leveraging his master’s degree in Mental Health Science, ongoing research, and professional training in counselling and psychotherapy, Walé creates effective and easy-to-apply mental health recovery models based on cutting-edge scientific research.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation charges are applied in all cases. We regret that this has to be done. All bookings involve administrative costs and it is difficult to fill vacant spaces as a result of late cancellations.
Cancellation charges are applied based on when the written cancellation notice is received. See the following refund rates:
- Over 2 weeks’ cancellation notice: Full refund
- 1-week cancellation notice: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days cancellation notice: No refund unless in exceptional circumstances, for which a medical certificate may be requested.
Alternatively, a substitute delegate can be named at any time before the course. There will be no extra surcharge for making a substitution.
No refund will be payable for non-attendance or if no prior notice of cancellation is given. The refund will be issued after the course.
