Never been to a webinar? It is like an on-line workshop where you can see the trainer but they cannot see you, but you can type questions. It is simple to join the event from a smart-phone or PC/tablet etc. - just log into the website following the joining instructions.

These workshops are run by The Curly Hair Project and take place throughout the autumn. It was set up by Alis Rowe who has Autism that was undiagnosed until she was an adult. She felt isolated from her peers in her childhood and teenage years, but doesn’t want other Autistic girls to go through this. She offers Autism workshops for individuals with autism and ASD, professionals and families. All the events are based on real-life experiences.

West Sussex Mind has partnered with the Curly Hair Project to offer Autism webinars FREE to parents and carer, thanks to WSCC funding.
