Maximizing Your Wedding Fayre Success
1. Use Incentives to Attract Visitors Having an eye-catching incentive within viewing distance—such as a sweet treat, giveaway, or exclusive show offer—can encourage brides to approach your stand and spark a conversation. It’s a simple yet effective way to break the ice and boost engagement.
2. Collect Contact Details Efficiently Gathering couples’ details is crucial, as it allows you to follow up after the event. Wedding fayres are often fast-paced with a steady flow of visitors, so while it’s great to have meaningful conversations, avoid spending too long with one person. Encourage brides to leave their details—perhaps via a sign-up form or tablet—so you can continue the conversation later without missing new potential clients.
3. Leverage Social Media Being active on social media isn’t just for promoting the fayre—it’s also a powerful tool to market your own business. We’re very active during events and often share posts from our suppliers. Tag us, use event hashtags, and post engaging content to boost your visibility. This helps brides discover and connect with you both during and after the show.
