*T&Cs - The VIP Goody Bag is only available to the first 20 entrants through the door at the fayre. The entrant must have pre-registered online via the website or Eventbrite and be able to show a valid ticket. 1 bag per wedding party. Please note, these goody bags are put together at the cost of the organiser and we ask that this kind gesture is not abused. Bags are reserved for those who are engaged and getting married.

Are children allowed to come to the wedding fayre?

Absolutely! All of our events are family friendly. Each child will receive a wedding activity book on entry.

Do I have to register everyone that is coming or just the bride/groom?

We do ask that you register for tickets for all that are attending as this helps us understand how many guests will be coming throughout the day and to control the flow. If you have an extra person coming (or not coming) it's not a problem. We just need a rough idea of numbers expected.

Will there be refreshments available?

Yes. At each event we have what is called 'The Bridal Bar'. This is a seating area for your to relax with your wedding party mid-fayre. We arrange with all venues that the bar is open serving teas, coffees and soft drinks.

What if I can't make the time slot on my ticket?

It's not a problem, come along when you can. Last entry is at 2.15pm. If you are able to cancel your ticket and register for the more appropriate time entry that is helpful but not essential.

What wedding suppliers will be attending?

We don't issue lists of wedding suppliers attending as this can often change last minute. Our aim is to make sure we have a variety of wedding suppliers including those that are deemed as 'essential' such as Photographers, Entertainers, Cake Makers and we always aim to have a selection 'Great Ideas
