As you are not allowed to move seats in the venue, please ensure you have a MUSIC ticket to see the music, our other tickets are for our stylish Cocktail lounges that although have a live audio stream, have no view of the music.

If you have First House tickets doors open from 5:00 pm, and performances begin from 6:00 pm. We require your table back from 7:30 pm, if there is free seating available you are welcome to stay, but due to our COVID-19 Guidelines if we can not provide you with a seat we are unable to serve you.

If you have Second House tickets you can arrive from 7:30 pm, and performances begin from 8 pm. The bar closes strictly at 10pm

IMPORTANT! UK COVID RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE

Prior to the nationwide lockdown, London was under Tier 2 restrictions, and we assume this will still be the case after 2nd December. Should the lockdown continue past 2nd December, we will make every effort to reschedule these dates into the new year. If this is not possible, then we will refund the full ticket price.

All ticket holders from your ticket group must be from your same household or support bubble. You will not be allowed to "mix" with other ticket groups in our venue or move from your specified seat, without first talking to a host.

Groups of 7+ are not allowed to sit together because of the new "Rule of Six", and your ticket information may be used if requested for NHS's Test and Trace.
