Join us for a mid-week evening session of Qigong at The Hideout @ The Green House
Qigong is a gentle yet strengthening practice that supports our mental and physical well-being through intentional, mindful movements and breathwork. Whether you are a beginner, or have some experience of Qigong, this class is perfect for you if you are looking to relax your mind, cultivate inner and outer strength and and boost your energy levels.

Come in comfy clothes that you can move easily in and an extra top layer is recommended. No mats or other equipment needed. Just bring yourself, as you are.
Booking in advance is advised. Maximum class size of 15.
