Get ready to flow and breathe deeply in our weekly evening Qigong class, where movement meets mindfulness for a healthy body and mind.

Join us for a mid-week evening session of Qigong at The Hideout @ The Green House

Qigong is a gentle yet strengthening practice that supports our mental and physical well-being through intentional, mindful movements and breathwork. Whether you are a beginner, or have some experience of Qigong, this class is perfect for you if you are looking to relax your mind, cultivate inner and outer strength and and boost your energy levels.


To name just a few of the benefits of this wonderful practice:

- joint mobility and flexibility

- muscle strengthening

- bringing harmony to breath and body

- improved posture and blood circulation

- general mind and body 'feel goods'!


Come in comfy clothes that you can move easily in and an extra top layer is recommended. No mats or other equipment needed. Just bring yourself, as you are.

Please make sure you arrive 5 minutes before class start time. The main door to the building will be locked for security once we have started the class so you may not be able to access the class unfortunately if you are late.
