About this event

Mindfulness is an evidence based technique which has been shown to help increase our resilience to stress, improve our ability to focus, to aid sleep and enhance our enjoyment of life. Marianne will be leading weekly online mindfulness drop-in sessions for students and staff at Surrey. Marianne started meditating in 1982 and has taught meditation for over twenty years. Each class includes a guided meditation, time for reflection and an opportunity to ask questions. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with experience. Why not give it a try?
