Taith Gerdded Lles Dydd Mercher

Ymunwch â ni am Daith Gerdded Lles ysgafn trwy Ardd Fotaneg Treborth.

Dyma gyfle i fod tu allan a chysylltu efo natur a phobl arall yn lleoliad diogel a chroesawi.

Yn ystod y daith gerdded hamddenol hon, byddwn yn archwilio'r Ardd, llwybrau'r coetir a mwynhau golygfeydd arfordirol o'r Fenai.

Beth bynnag fo'ch profiad cerdded neu'ch gwybodaeth am natur, mae'r digwyddiad hwn yn agored i bawb.

Peidiwch ag anghofio gwisgo dillad cyfforddus sy'n addas i'r tywydd ac esgidiau addas.

Cofleidiwch harddwch natur a blaenoriaethwch eich lles. Ymunwch â ni ar gyfer y Daith Gerdded Lles ddydd Mercher misol a gadewch i natur feithrin eich meddwl, corff, ac enaid.

Ariennir y prosiect hwn gan y cynllun Grant Buddsoddi mewn Coetiroedd (TWIG). Mae’n cael ei gyflwyno gan Gronfa Dreftadaeth y Loteri Genedlaethol mewn partneriaeth â Llywodraeth Cymru.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the meeting point?

Outside the main garden buildings. What 3 Words: ///fire.spinning.coasters

Are there toilets?

Yes. Toilet available at the start and end of the session.

Is there car parking?

Yes. There are several options - there are spaces to park along the lane leading up to the garden entrance, some spaces also once you have entered the garden, and there is also limited space outside the main garden buildings too. If the sports field parking is open, this is another option too.

How far is the walk?

Not far! The distance we travel will depend on the group and the weather conditions. The plan is to not cover great distance, but instead to connect with nature by moving slowly throughout the gardens, with interesting activities along the way.

Are dogs allowed?

Well-behaved dogs on leads are allowed BUT not all dogs are suitable for our wellness walks as we do a lot of quiet mindful activities which some dogs can be very disruptive for. If you do bring your dog, please be considerate of everyone else's experience and also that others may not like dogs.
