A beautiful blend of Yoga Sun Salutaions and strong poses mixed up with Pilates exercises create a very powerful and yet releasing workout. Suitable for beginners to very experienced. Not suitable for those with chronic conditions but contact me if you have any concerns or questions.
If you have a yoga mat please bring one along with some water. Eat light before the workout.
