This class is perfect for parents looking to bond with their little ones in a soothing beautifully lit environment. Classes are small in number with 8-12 attending - designed to be cosy, personal and calming.

Enjoy the chance for a cuppa and cake afterwards, followed by a calming walk in the park. Learn techniques to help your baby relax and connect with you. Soothing and rhythmic strokes can ease baby into more comfortable sleep and ease tummy issues. It's a great way to connect with other like-minded parents too.

This is a 5 week course which takes you through massage for the whole body along with gentle sensory play designed to support natural development through learning schema such as 'contracts' 'changes' disappearing' 'connecting' 'movement'. They have been carefully planned to provide sensory stimulation without contrubuting to the sensory overwhelm of everyday life.
