About this event

Every week we will present you with a topic, in bite-sized and easy-to-implement steps, that will supercharge your day-to-day. We will rotate the weeks so you don't need to fear you are missing out, you can jump right where we are and continue from there.

To maintain a safe space, we will request that members turn on their cameras at the beginning of the session during the meet-and-greet.

We hope to make this an inclusive space for anyone who lives with a chronic illness as well as healthy individuals, anyone who is questioning, as well as friends, family, and allies - together we can help raise awareness and support the people we love. We look forward to meeting you!

What is the cut-off time for joining once the meeting has started?

We encourage our guests to join 5 minutes before the allotted time to get the most out of the session but we'll accept new joiners during the first 15 minutes.
