Evening Wind-Down 30-minute Meditation Class
Welcome to Mindfully Hannah's online 30-minute meditation class designed to end your day with calmness and clarity. Join Hannah for a peaceful session where you can relax, breathe, and center your mind. Whether you're a beginner or experienced in meditation, this class is open to all levels. Reserve your spot now and prioritise your mental well-being!
In these sessions, Hannah gives a brief introduction to the type of meditation we will practise together and then guides you in a meditation lasting around 15 minutes before closing with some final remarks and an opportunity to share your experience of the meditation if you would like to. Each weekly session will vary in the type of meditation we practice, so by signing up for regular classes you will experience a range of different techniques.
If you're wanting to start a meditation practice but don't know how, or are struggling to find time to do it yourself, why not make this class a regular habit to start your day the right way!

Mindfully Hannah was founded by Dr Hannah Tribe, who discovered the benefits of meditation and mindfulness in her own life after reaching burnout in her work as a Women's Health Doctor in the NHS. Now having trained as a Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation, her passion lies in helping others find these benefits for themselves, especially women, leading her to leave clinical medicine behind and pursue the world of holistic wellbeing through mindfulness and meditation.
Frequently asked questions
Generally, we spend 5-10 minutes welcoming, recapping housekeeping/ground rules and introducing the type of meditation we will practice together. I will then guide you in meditation for 15 minutes or so, before closing with a short talk or a tip for you going forward into your week.
Not unless you want to! In these short classes, there is less time for participation since this is predominantly a time for you to simply experience a guided meditation in connection with a group of like-minded individuals. However if you do wish to ask questions/share something you may do so.
Absolutely! This class is for all levels of meditators, which means I will be giving lots of guidance, using concepts you will understand, and there will be no long periods of silence. I won’t be using non-English words/mantras, nor will I be asking you to meditate on deep, philosophical questions.
