Weekend of Joy

Weekend of Joy

By Angie Garton

Overview

Saturday 31st Jan and Sunday 1st Feb - join us for either one or both days of this uplifting weekend, to rekindle and reconnect to your joy

Do your own needs often go unfulfilled whilst finding time for life, work, family and friends?Do you sometimes feel detached or disconnected from the things that used to bring you joy?

If this is you, Angie and Linda are thrilled to bring you our antidote: “ A weekend of Joy.”

A weekend of joyful activities, centred around wellness and creativity.

Join us for both days, or choose to come along for one - you have full permission to put yourself first, full permission to rekindle and reconnect with that creative joy.

Let your inner light shine again.

We understand it's difficult for you to find time for yourself, so let's do this together and take some time out for you to be, without demands or expectations.

A space for self expression that feels freeing and full of possibility, connection with yourself and others who accept you as you are, all within an oasis that feels like a gift of energy and laughter.

We will find our breath and fall off our seats with laughter yoga, we will find freedom and expression in our bodies through movement and gentle yoga to open our creative Chakras. We will enjoy angst free creativity, in the form of 3 D Model Making (with step by step guidance from Linda) and we will have fun in finding our voices with our guest singer Cindy Douglas.

We'll provide space and time to pause, to really take a breath, to connect to self, but also to connect with others, in our heart centred circles.

We'll soak up the serene sounds of Angie’s singing bowls, guaranteed to leave you feeling centred and peaceful.

Lunch will be provided on both days and dietary needs accommodated (please do provide us with details of your needs).

We have just 8 tickets available for each day. Choose one or come along for both.

  • Let us guide you towards putting yourself first, with simple nourishing activities and heart centred circles that promise to soothe your senses and reignite the sparkle in your soul.

  • Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. Lunch and hot drinks will be provided

(Please note that access to this venue includes stairs with no lift.

A Sound Bath is not recommended for those who experience seizures, or have a pacemaker / medical implant fitted. If you have an internal metal plate, you may experience some resonance).
