Non residential weekend of Mindfulness, bring peace, joy and ease to yourself and the world.

You are invited to join us for this weekend of Mindfulness. These days offer the Plum Village mindfulness practices of peace in oneself, peace in the world. The event is open to those with experience and those without experience. Everyone is welcome.

“This Booking is for both Saturday and Sunday”

Each day monastic Br Kai Ly (is a Buddhist monk, and experienced meditation teacher who is a long-term guest teacher at Plum Village, and a student of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh) will offer a practice talk, lead meditations, walking meditation, relaxation and other Plum Village practices. Please arrive for 10:15 each morning, you will need to bring your lunch with you each day.

Br Kai Ly has visited Ireland a number of times to lead days of mindfulness, visit community practice groups and lead retreats. It is an delight to have him with us again. Brother has a humorous way of sharing mindfulness, he shares richly from his own experience and his deep insight.

We are lucky to have this unexpected opportunity to connect and practice together.

Space is limited and if you wish to attend, you are advised to book early.

The price does not include a contribution for the brother for his time and effort , you will be invited to make a contribution at the event. This voluntary contribution is called Dana or generosity of your heart. These days are reasonably priced to allow for your contribution on the day.

There is no Plum Village October Bank holiday retreat in Ireland this year. We invite you to join us for these days of Mindfulness.
