Do I need to be a runner to participate

No, these classes are beneficial for both runners and non-runners, regardless of activity level or fitness.

Do I need an induction?

No induction is required. However, if you’re new to weightlifting, please arrive 10-15 minutes early for a brief introduction before we begin.

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable! As long as you can move freely, you’re good to go.

What’s the format of the class?

This is a circuit-based class with 10 stations. You'll spend 6 minutes at each station, giving you plenty of time to set up weights, lift, rest, and recover

There is space for several cars directly outside the unit. If the gate is closed, free parking is available on the road near the entrance to the business park.

Are there toilets or changing rooms?

A public toilet, maintained by Symondsbury Estate, is located next door. Inside the unit, there are storage shelves for personal belongings and a kitchen where you can refill water bottles.
