Weekend Workshop: An Introduction to Fashion Drawing
Saturday 27 - Sunday 28 February 2016, 11.00 - 17.00
Dennis Northdruft, Curator at the Fashion and Textile Museum, introduces ideas and techniques around fashion drawing and illustration. Inspired by Vogue 100, you will block out the fashion figure, render textiles through a variety of media and experiment with movement. A session with a live model will enhance understanding of the figure and how it moves and reacts with clothing. The workshop is suitable for beginners; participants with drawing skills will be able to develop and explore techniques.
