Weekly Drop In

A free drop-in day at Smyrna.

Drop in and say hello.

This week's Guest Speakers will be Frances Barry and Lowri Hunt, Voulnteer Officer's from VAMT.

Our Taff Rocks drop-in is the perfect space to connect with your community, share ideas, or get creative.

There is no need to pre-book any spaces, just drop in.

We will have, over time:

• Painting. Gnomes, ducks and birds. Not to take home. Helping us to support Ynysowen Events and Socials.
• Community-based organisations.
• Free taster sessions of a variety of wellbeing activities.
