Weekly Guided Relaxation - 6 Week Course
A calm and insightful 60-minute session each week exploring how our brains work, the role of sleep in memory and wellbeing, and what happens when we experience life’s challenges. With gentle facilitation and guided relaxation, these sessions encourage self-kindness and emotional balance, enabling you to find ways that work for you to support you through midlife and prioritise your self-care.
As a Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapy - an approach blending talking therapy and deep guided relaxation – I support people to understand how their brain works and how it can sometimes keep them stuck. Helping them to look ahead, build confidence, and create healthier patterns of thought and behaviour.
I bring empathy, positivity, and calm to my work on mental wellbeing and menopause. These sessions will be a safe space where you can talk openly, rediscover your strengths, and reconnect with yourself.
