Join us for a weekly free guided iRest Yoga Nidra practice, delivered by trained teachers across Europe.

About this event

iRest Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep rest and self enquiry. Join these sessions to experience a variety of teachers from across Europe and nourish yourself through deep relaxation. Each session will last 30 minutes and are free to all particpants.

Now, more than ever, we all need to find a place of inner sanctuary that also helps us come in to relationship with the world around us. From managing stress and difficult emotions to sustaining well-being, or experiencing more fully the beauty of life, meditation offers a simple, powerful, and timeless practice for feeling fully alive and at peace in the world.

In the spirit of togetherness, we are offering this European iRest weekly meet-up as an opportunity to come together and practice iRest informed meditations, led by Certified iRest teachers.

These sessions are for everybody: beginners, those wanting to take their meditation further, and those wanting a shared meditation experience. Each session will be a unique opportunity to more fully experience the present moment, reaffirm your sense of purpose in life, cultivate a sense of inner well-being, and proactively engage in difficult feelings, emotions and beliefs.

To prepare for each session simple sign into Zoom, find your posture (lying down, sitting, standing, walking - you choose!) and rest into the guided meditation.
